Tom Bell is Vice President Sales, Prepared Foods and a member of the Wayne Farms Executive Leadership Team, responsible for key customer relationships, product innovation, sales and marketing efforts for the prepared foods channel.
With 28 years of poultry experience spanning foodservice, retail, club, C-store and K-12 education markets, Tom’s commitment to innovative approaches that deliver value-added offerings have resulted in significant success for both Wayne Farms and its valued customers. Prior to joining Wayne Farms in 2014, he was Senior Vice President of Pilgrims/JBS Prepared Foods business unit. A trained culinarian, Tom earned his degree in Culinary Arts at Newbury College. Currently on the Board of Directors of International Foodservice Manufacturers Association and WFSP, he’s also Chairman of the Planning Committee for IFMA Presidents Conference.
Tom is involved in numerous community charitable functions each year and helps raise money and provide financial assistance for employees with special needs or hardships. Tom’s strong faith aligns with his passion for family and company, forging a recognized servant-leader approach that has transcended his career.
