- 2013 – Wayne Farms LLC purchases the facility from Perdue Farms
- 2014 – Converted from big bird debone, to slaughter and cut up
- 2016 – Expanded the processing facility and added a line
- 2016 – Converted from slaughter and cut up to small bird debone
- 2018 – Added a Variable Retention Freezer (VRT) including an 11M pound freezer
- 2019 – Expanded kill and debone Capacity
