History
- 1979 – Southland Broilers opens their Enterprise facility
- 1992 – Southland Broilers expanded their production to include marinated and individually frozen (IF) products
- 1994 – Continental Grain purchases the facility from Southland Foods Inc.
- 2006 – Increased production capacity to 1.25M heads/ week
- 2007 – Added a Variable Retention Freezer (VRT) including a 10M pound freezer
- 2009 – Expanded the processing facility
- 2019 – Expanded processing facility and added Controlled Atmospheric Stunning (CAS)
- 2019 – Converted to no antibiotics ever (NAE)
