  • 1959 – Poultry Products opens their Union Springs facility
  • 1961 – Allied Mills purchases the facility and names it Wayne Farms
  • 1963 – Expanded into individually frozen (IF) products
  • 1982 – Converted from IF to whole bird chill-pack
  • 1995 – Converted from whole bird chill-pack to a deboning operation
  • 1996 – Implemented MSC operation (idled 2012)
  • 2015 – Converted from conventional bird to no antibiotics ever (NAE)
